Bio:

Kathleen B. Pellegrino is a Massachusetts Justice of the Peace appointed by Governor Deval Patrick on September 26, 2012. She has been happily married for many years and so love is nothing new to Kathleen. Couples don't choose Kathleen's service for the simple fact that she holds the Justice of the Peace title. They choose Kathleen because she has proven her wisdom of love and devotion time and time again.

A personal message:

"I applaud your decision to take this step forward by expressing your love in marriage. It will be my personal pleasure to work with you both. There are many choices for the wedding ceremony and we will work together to ensure that you find the most appropriate ritual that describes your loving relationship with each other.

You will determine the essence of this special and wonderful marriage ceremony. Perhaps you wish an elegant, secular, romantic, spiritual, interfaith, fun or casual ceremony – the ceremony fit for you. You will be presented with choices of vows - or perhaps you wish guidance in writing or choosing your vows. My role is to support your desires and help in creating the ambience for this most special occasion, this walk in love.

As a Massachusetts Justice of the Peace, I am willing to officiate at your wedding at any location in Massachusetts. My home as a location is another possibility.

I will also perform wedding vow renewals and commitment ceremonies in the event that marriage is not your choice.

It is my privilege to be part of this most memorable occasion in your lives and I hope that you will contact me remembering that there are legal time considerations for marriage in Massachusetts."
